Conference Description

Historical Note: Between 1963 and 1985, the "Environmental Sciences" GRC alternated its title and subject on a yearly basis between "Water" (even years) and "Air" (odd years). In 1985, the "Air" meeting split into its own Conference, which eventually became "Atmospheric Chemistry".
