Conference Description
The first Gordon Conference on "Protein Transport Across Cell Membranes" met in 2005. Its goal was to further our understanding of the mechanisms by which proteins are transported across or integrated into membranes in eukaryotic cells, bacteria, archaea and organelles. The conference assembled scientists who use a variety of different experimental approaches to study protein transport phenomena.

A Gordon Research Seminar (GRS) is held in conjunction with this Conference. Click here for more information about the associated GRS.
