June 16-17, 2012
Bates College
Lewiston, ME
Chair:
Takeshi Shimi

Related Meeting Information
The Intermediate Filaments Gordon Research Seminar was held in conjunction with the Intermediate Filaments Gordon Research Conference. Please refer to the Intermediate Filaments GRC web page for more information.

The Gordon Research Seminar on Intermediate Filaments is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education. This forum provides an unprecedented opportunity for new investigators to present and exchange data and cutting edge ideas.

The topics of this meeting will focus on a wide range of studies on the structure and function of intermediate filaments (IFs) using biophysical, cell and molecular biological techniques. The goal of this seminar is to provide opportunities for young participants who have various interests in IFs to share their research findings and obtain feedback through presentations, discussions and interactions with their peers and experts in the IF field.
