information as possible about each of our conference sites. For more information about a particular site, please select a location from

About the Site
Waterville Valley Resort is nestled in the scenic White Mountains in Waterville Valley, New Hampshire just 130 miles north of Boston.

Arrival and Check-In
It is anticipated that attendees will arrive/check-in on Sunday between 2:00 pm & 6:00 pm.
The Meeting Room and Poster Area
Science Sessions are held in the air-conditioned Waterville Valley Room located in the Waterville Valley Conference Center.
Poster Sessions and Socials are held in the air-conditioned White Mountain Room located in the Waterville Valley Conference Center.
On-Site Housing / Facilities
There are 100 single rooms available for GRC attendees at the Waterville Valley Resort. Accepted applicants have an opportunity to register for a single room on a first come, first served basis. Once all available single rooms have been reserved, you will be required to register for a double (shared) room.
GRC attendees are housed in the Town Square Condos and other hotel properties at the Waterville Valley Resort. All of the units at the Town Square Condos have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have one queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms.
The availability of guest rooms at other hotel properties at the Resort varies per conference. Requests for particular hotels will be considered but cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Note: GRC attendees who will be accompanied by guests are encouraged to register their guests at the GRC rate (on-site guest registration includes meals, lodging, and an unlimited activities pass). GRC attendees bringing unregistered guests will be responsible for paying additional charges directly to the lodge upon arrival (per person per day charge includes cleaning, resort amenities, and an unlimited activities pass). Dining Area / Meals
All Meals will be served in the air-conditioned dining room at the Waterville Valley Conference Center. Vegetarian entrees are available at all meals and kosher meals are available only if the request is made in advance of the meeting.
Internet, Phone and Computer Access
Wireless Internet is available in the Waterville Valley Conference Center and the Town Square Condos.
Handicapped Accessibility
The site is fully handicapped accessible.
On-Site Recreation
Facilities at Waterville Valley include hiking, fishing, swimming, canoeing, golfing, tennis courts, mountain biking, in-line skating and full use of the White Mountain Athletic Club.
Other Information
Animals are not permitted on site.
All GRC facilities are smoke free.
