About the Site
Stonehill College is conveniently located off Route 24 in Massachusetts, almost midway between the cities of Providence, RI and Boston, MA.

Arrival and Check-In
It is anticipated that attendees will arrive/check-in on Sunday afternoon between 2:00 pm & 6:00 pm. Arrivals after the GRC office closes at 9:00 pm on Sunday must plan to make alternative housing arrangements for the night.
The Meeting Room and Poster Area
Science Sessions are held in the air-conditioned Pettit Atrium, located in the Shields Science Center.
Poster Sessions and Socials are held in the Martin Institute auditorium.
On-Site Housing / Facilities
GRC participants are housed in suites located in the New Residence dormitory. There are five air-conditioned sleeping rooms furnished with twin bed(s), two shared bathrooms, a kitchenette and a shared living room within each suite. Bed linens and a towel are provided in each room.
There are 100 single rooms available for GRC attendees at Stonehill College. Accepted applicants have an opportunity to register for a single room on a first come, first served basis. Once all available single rooms have been reserved, you will be required to register for a double (shared) room.
Dining Area / Meals
All meals will be served in the air-conditioned Roche Dining Commons. Vegetarian entrees are available at all meals. Kosher meals and special restricted diet meals are available if requested in advance of the meeting.
Internet, Phone and Computer Access
There is wireless access throughout the campus. In addition the dorm rooms are wired with a high-speed Ethernet connection. Please bring your own Ethernet cable.
Handicapped Accessibility
The site is fully handicapped accessible. The sleeping rooms ensuite are equipped with railings and roll in showers.
On-Site Recreation
Conferees may be issued day passes for access to the campus fitness center. Tennis courts and soccer fields as well as hiking and running trails are readily accessible to conference participants.
Other Information
Animals are not permitted on site.
