About the Site
The Stoweflake Mountain Resort and Conference Center is a full service Four Diamond Resort located in the heart of Vermont's majestic Green Mountains. The Stoweflake is home to Vermont's only IACC certified Conference Center as well as three restaurants, two golf courses (18 hole championship course & 9 hole executive) and a top rated U.S. Spa. Located just down the street from Vermont's highest peak, Mt. Mansfield, the Stoweflake is an outdoors enthusiast's dream.

Arrival and Check-In
It is anticipated that attendees will arrive/check-in at the front desk of the Conference Center on Sunday between 3:00 pm & 6:00 pm. Please note that the hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm but Stoweflake will make every effort to check you into your room before 3:00 pm if possible. If you arrive after 9:00 pm Sunday evening, please check in at the front desk for your room and pick up your badge in the GRC office following breakfast in the morning.
The Meeting Room and Poster Area
Science Sessions will be held in the air-conditioned Pinnacle Ballroom equipped with ergonomic chairs.
Poster Sessions will be held in the air-conditioned Atrium with access to the courtyard.
On-Site Housing / Facilities
GRC participants are housed in guest rooms in the main inn at Stoweflake as well as in the Stoweflake townhouses. Stoweflake's beautifully appointed, air-conditioned guest rooms and one-bedroom townhouses are equipped with a full bathroom, Spa at Stoweflake signature toiletries, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, Spa at Stoweflake bathrobes, wireless Internet, flatscreen TV, and complimentary Keurig Coffee Maker.
There are 80 single rooms available for GRC attendees at Stoweflake Resort & Conference Center. Accepted applicants have an opportunity to register for a single room on a first come, first served basis. Once all available single rooms have been reserved, you will be required to register for a double (shared) room.
Dining Area / Meals
All meals are served buffet style in the air-conditioned Stowe ballroom. Vegetarian entrees are available at all meals and other dietary restrictions or concerns will be accommodated with advance notice (10 days).
Internet, Phone and Computer Access
Wireless and hard-wired Internet access is available throughout the facilities.
Handicapped Accessibility
The site is handicapped accessible.
On-Site Recreation
The Stoweflake Mountain Resort offers both indoor and outdoor heated pools as well as hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms. A full sports club is located on the premises complete with squash and racquetball courts, fitness classes, and full gym. The 9 hole executive golf course will be free to attendees and the 18 hole championship course can be played for an additional cost. Spa services at the top-rated Spa at Stoweflake will also be available at discounted rates.
Stowe is home to wonderful hiking and bike riding trails and fields are available for pick up soccer and volleyball games. A recreational path runs the distance of the town and is a great way to explore the shops and restaurants of Stowe.
