Join the moderated panel of four mentors from academia and industry for a discussion on career development and networking opportunities, as well as current challenges due to the pandemic.  The topics for discussion include:

1.  Next career steps during a pandemic

2. Work life balance for scientists with caring responsibilities working from home

3. Promoting collaboration opportunities and scientific exchange during travel restrictions

4.  Building and expanding a network without in-person conferences
