The Gordon Research Seminar on Optogenetic Approaches to Understanding Neural Circuits and Behavior is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.
This GRS will highlight the contribution of young scientists who work to elucidate the function of diverse neural circuits using a variety of optogenetic techniques. With the exclusive attendance of peers beginning their scientific careers, this GRS will focus on networking, developing presentation skills, and mentoring in collaborative environment.
This GRS will be held in conjunction with the "Optogenetic Approaches to Understanding Neural Circuits and Behavior" Gordon Research Seminar (GRS). Those interested in attending both meetings must submit an application for the GRC in addition to an application for the GRS. Refer to the associated GRC program page for more information.
