Citizens of a Visa Waiver Program country travelling to the USA must now possess a machine readable passport and an ESTA approval card. ESTA applications may be submitted any time prior to travel and generally remain valid for two years.
Stonehill College is located 22 miles South of Boston, Massachusetts (Logan Airport), 25 miles Northeast of Providence, Rhode Island (T.F. Green Airport), 120 miles from Hartford, Connecticut (Bradley Airport), 125 miles from Portland, Maine (Portland Jetport), 190 miles from Albany, New York, and 200 miles from New York City.
From the South: Take Route 95 North into Massachusetts to Exit #6A (Route 495 South). From Route 495, take Exit #7A (Route 24 North/Boston). From Route 24, take Exit #17B (Route 123 West/Easton). The college is 1/2 mile on right.
From Boston and Points North: At Route 3/93 split, bear right. Follow signs for Route 93 South to Route 95 Dedham, Providence. Stay left to Exit #4 (Route 24 South/Brockton, Fall River). Take Exit 17B (Route 123 West/Easton). The college is 1/2 mile on right.
The GRC check-in will take place on Sunday from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the front entrance of the New Hall. Enter the campus from Belmont Street/Rt 138, follow the street to its end (pass MacPhaidin Library). Turn right toward Roche Dining Commons and then turn right at the stop sign (if you have reached the giant parking lot you have gone too far). Follow the road to the New Hall (the five level "hotel-like" building). This is where all GRC attendees will be housed during the week.

Airport Express Direct provides airport transportation to all of the New England airports, including: Logan Airport in Boston Ma. (BOS), T.F. Green Airport in Warwick, R.I. (PVD), and Bradley Airport in Hartford, CT (BDL).
- Great Woods Car Service (Phone: 508-339-8294)
Great Woods Car Service is a taxi service based in Mansfield, MA (close to Stonehill College), which provides local transportation to and from the area.
- Logan Express - To the Braintree Bus Terminal (Phone: 800-235-6426)
Logan Express provides nonstop bus service to and from Logan Airport to several locations. To get from Logan Airport to Stonehill College, take the Logan Express to the Braintree bus terminal. This service is provided 24 hours, 7 days a week, and the cost is approximately $12 each way. Important: The Braintree Terminal is located near the I-93/I-95 junction off Route 37 at 262 Forbes Road, across from the South Shore Plaza, which is 7 miles from Stonehill College. Airlines and Airports
- Logan Airport (BOS)
Logan Airport is located in Boston, Massachusetts. This is the preferred airport destination for Stonehill College. Most major domestic and international airlines fly to BOS. Visit the Airport’s web site for a complete list of airlines. GRC provides a Chartered Bus service to our New England sites for conferees arriving here on Sundays (reservations are required).
- T.F. Green Airport (PVD)
T.F. Green Airport, located in Warwick, Rhode Island, is the preferred airport for domestic flights for conferences at Salve Regina University and Bryant University. Many major airlines (including American, Continental, Delta, Northwest, Southwest, United, and USAir) fly to PVD. Visit the airport’s web site for a complete list of airlines. T.F. Green is not an international airport.

If you need to stay overnight in Boston before or after the meeting, the Embassy Suites Boston at Logan Airport (207 Porter Street, Boston, MA) offers a discounted rate for GRC participants. The hotel is located half a mile from Logan Airport and offers a complimentary shuttle.
