GRC Chartered Bus to Stonehill College

GRC Chartered Bus - Stonehill College

GRC offers a chartered bus for attendees flying into the Boston Logan Airport in Boston, MA to Stonehill College in Easton, MA. Bus reservations must be made online no later than one week prior to the start of your conference.

The trip from Boston takes 45 minutes, and it is suggested that you pack or purchase food for the ride. Free wi-fi is available on the GRC chartered bus.

 

     

    Departure from the Embassy Suites Hotel at Boston Logan Airport

    The GRC chartered bus departs from the Embassy Suites Hotel at Boston Logan Airport (207 Porter Street, Boston, MA).  You should arrive at the hotel at least 1 hour before your scheduled bus departure time because the buses are not held for late arrivals.  You must take the Embassy Suites Hotel shuttle or a taxi from the airport to the hotel.  You should call the hotel at 617-567-5000 to request a shuttle and expect to wait up to 30 minutes.  Please plan your arrival accordingly.  When you get to the hotel, follow the signs to the GRC waiting area and check in at the GRC bus desk where you will receive a ticket required for boarding the bus.

    GRS bus - Departs on Saturday at 12:30 pm.  If you are attending both the GRS and the GRC and would like to make a round-trip reservation, please select your return bus when you register for the GRC.  If you are not attending the GRC after the GRS, you will be responsible for your own transportation to the airport on Sunday.

    GRC buses - Depart on Sunday at 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    I made a bus reservation.  When will I receive bus tickets or a confirmation?

    Please allow 1-2 business days to process your bus reservation.  A registration receipt with information about your bus reservation will automatically be emailed to you.  Bus tickets are issued at the Embassy Suites Hotel Boston Logan Airport GRC bus check-in desk.

    I did not make a bus reservation when I registered for the conference.  How can I make one now?

    You can make a bus reservation by logging into my GRC. Click on the bus icon in the box for the corresponding conference to begin your reservation. Bus reservations must be made no later than one week prior to the start of your conference.

    How do I make changes or cancel my bus reservation?

    You may change or cancel a bus reservation by logging in to your my GRC account.

    Will the bus wait?

    The bus departs on time and will not wait.  We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.

    What do I do if I miss the bus?

    You can take the next GRC bus if there is space available.  If you miss the bus you are responsible for your own transportation to the site. (Rental car, taxi, or shared ride service such as Uber.)

    How do I know the departure time of my bus?

    The bus departure time is shown on your registration receipt.
