Conference Description

The Gordon Research Seminar on Electrochemistry is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.

The 2016 GRS will focus on the latest advances in electrochemistry in the broadest sense. Topics will include energy conversion and storage, bioelectrochemistry and sensors, as well as fundamental studies. The electrochemistry GRS will give young-researchers (graduate students and post-docs) at the forefront of electrochemistry research the opportunity to present their latest results either as an oral presentation or during a poster session. The availability of free-time will provide ample opportunities for young-researchers to network and exchange ideas with others at a similar career stage.

This GRS will be held in conjunction with the "Electrochemistry" Gordon Research Conference (GRC). Those interested in attending both meetings must submit an application for the GRC in addition to an application for the GRS. Refer to the associated GRC program page for more information.
