As we look forward to our 2022 Mechanisms of Epilepsy and Neuronal Synchronization GRC conference, we realize how much we miss the connection and sharing of ideas that make the epilepsy research community thrive. During COVID-19, our ability to collaborate has been challenged but not deterred! This free GRC Connects event will feature two speakers, Nicola Masala and Dr. Jennifer Gelinas. Nicola, University of Bonn, will present a talk titled, "Targeting Aberrant Dendritic Integration to Treat Cognitive Comorbidities of Epilepsy." Jennifer, Columbia University, will present a talk titled, "Development of Interictal Epileptic Networks." Please join us to hear about the fantastic epilepsy research that has continued to thrive during the pandemic, share a social time to connect, and support each other in staying energized about the important research we all do.
