Conference Description
The Histone and DNA Modifications GRS provides a unique forum for young doctoral and post-doctoral researchers to present their work, discuss new methods, cutting edge ideas, and pre-published data, as well as to build collaborative relationships with their peers. Experienced mentors and trainee moderators will facilitate active participation in scientific discussion to allow all attendees to be engaged participants rather than spectators.
The 2025 GRS will concentrate on groundbreaking epigenetic discoveries and state-of-the-art technologies related to DNA and histone modifications that regulate cellular functions. The focus will be on elucidating how non-canonical modifications and alterations of epigenetic marks govern cell function and fate. The GRS will include poster sessions providing an opportunity for all attendees and trainees to present and discuss results, as well as selected oral talks. The GRS will conclude with a panel discussion focusing on mentorship and career development.
