Conference Description
The Gordon Research Seminar on Organometallic Chemistry is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.
The focus of this meeting is to discuss cutting edge advances in the field of organometallic chemistry as they relate to areas such as catalysis of organic transformations, small molecule activation, alternative energy sources, and novel materials. The scope of this conversation will include studies involving f-block metals (featuring key note speaker Professor Richard Andersen of UC, Berkeley), innovative organic ligands, and industrial applications
