The Gordon Research Seminar on Physical Organic Chemistry is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas. The GRS will be held at Holderness School, Holderness, New Hampshire from June 20-21, 2015.
The breadth of research covered at this seminar is representative of the diversity of physical organic chemistry, and provides attendees a chance to become familiar with topics covered in the associated Gordon Research Conference. A friendly and collegial atmosphere will allow for the stimulating exchange of cutting-edge science. Discussion sessions and oral presentations will include (but are not limited to) topics such as molecular design and synthesis, mechanistic organic and biological chemistry, reactive intermediates and radical chemistry, catalysis, supramolecular chemistry, material design, spectroscopy and photochemistry, and computational chemistry.
After the extremely successful inaugural GRS we look forward to continuing the tradition with you. The opportunity of this springboard into the associated GRC is not one you’ll want to miss!
