Conference Description

The Gordon Research Seminar on Thiol-Based Redox Regulation & Signaling is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.

The focus of this meeting is to promote social and intellectual interaction among young investigators who share a common interest in thiol oxidation, oxidative stress, and chemical toxicology. Topics will range from chemical biology and proteomics to cell signaling and regulation, with an emphasis on reversible thiol oxidation as a modulator of protein function.

This GRS will be held in conjunction with the "Thiol-Based Redox Regulation and Signaling" Gordon Research Seminar (GRS). Those interested in attending both meetings must submit an application for the GRC in addition to an application for the GRS. Refer to the associated GRC program page for more information.
