Conference Description

The Gordon Research Seminar on Tuberculosis Drug Development is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.

The focus of this meeting is to explore state-of-the art technologies in TB drug discovery, novel approaches to screening and hit-identification, target-based and phenotypic screening, issues of drug development that arise during PK/PD studies, and clinical considerations of new drugs and new combination regimens. Mentors drawn from academia and industry will facilitate these discussions and be available during both the formal sessions and informally during the duration of the seminar to provide valuable learning opportunities for participants.
