Departure from the Conference Venue
GRC offers a chartered bus service from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology to the Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) for Gordon Research Conference attendees on the last day of the Conference (Friday) only. The travel time from the venue to the airport is approximately 45-50 minutes.
Departure times: Friday only. 6:00 am and 9:00 am.

I made a bus reservation. When will I receive bus tickets or a confirmation?
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your bus reservation. A registration receipt with information about your bus reservation will automatically be emailed to you.
I did not make a bus reservation when I registered for the conference. How can I make one now?
You can make a bus reservation by logging into my GRC. Click on the bus icon in the box for the corresponding conference to begin your reservation. Bus reservations must be made no later than one week prior to the start of your conference.
How do I make changes or cancel my bus reservation?
You may change or cancel a bus reservation by logging in to your my GRC account.
Will the bus wait?
The bus departs on time and will not wait. We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.
What do I do if I miss the bus?
You can take the next GRC bus if there is space available. If you miss the bus you are responsible for your own transportation to the site. (Rental car, taxi, or shared ride service such as Uber.)
How do I know the departure time of my bus?
The bus departure time is shown on your registration receipt.
